Background
Founded in 1882, Brighton Grammar School (BGS) is an Anglican school for boys with approximately 1270 students, based in the suburb of Brighton in the south east of Melbourne, Australia. Each year the School embarks on an Annual Giving campaign to raise funds for the Scholarship fund and other important projects around the School.

Solution
Budget constraints required the finished collateral to be mailed out in a DL Envelope. We used a 3 fold (6PP DL) DL format and separated the two brochures. One was mailed to the Old Boys of the School and aimed at the Scholarship Fund. The Annual Giving appeal brochure was mailed to past and current parents of the School. We used the K.W.Doggett stock Sovereign Offset, an uncoated stock with superb tactile feel to showcase the wonderful images photographed by Mark Chew. Concise and brief text was incorporated into the simple design, with strong imagery throughout. A separate mailing donation slip was included in the mailout, along with a reply paid envelope.

Results
The campaign to date has been positive, and still in market with constant donations flowing into the School.
