St Kilda Mums (SKM) is a not-for-profit organisation that collects donations of equipment for babies and young children and distributes it throughout its network of maternal and health care nurses and local social service agencies. The organisation needed an information portal on accepted donations, a digital donation platform, and for the SKM design aesthetic to be applied throughout the site. The result is an easy-to-use website that meets user requirements, resulting in less calls to the office and a 20% increase in mobile donations.
